I am toying with the idea of butchering another lian li case. For some reason they never seem to make my ideal design. I dabbled a little with PC-Q11, and it turned out fine, but it is certainly restrictive.
That prompted me to search for new ideas, and I came up with three cases that have something I really like:
PC-Q11 - nice and simple, clean front.
PC-V600F - some of the internals, like the HD cages, side panels, and the back.
PC-Q18- nice top with a fan vent, rather than the perforated sheet, similar internals like the one above.
There is also the PC-V351 for its MOBO tray.
What I am envisioning, would be kinda like this:
Which is a shortened version of PC-V600. I did not make any measurement assumptions yet, so there might be some issues with this idea. Please, chime in and share your opinion.
