I just built a new system and have got it running, however I am having random BSOD errors every now and then. I am not sure what is causing it as it happens randomly even when I repeat the same running conditions. The BSOD info is:

I can't seem to find these error files or I would attach also.
I am running Win7 64bit on an Phenom II 965 processor in an Asus M4A79XTD EVO motherboard with 4GB GSkill 1866 DDR3 RAM (F3-15000CL9D-4GBRH) with a EVGA GTX 260 (192 version). Everything is at stock speeds, and I have a H50 cooler that keeps everything fairly cool (idles around 32 C, don't think it has gotten over 47 C loaded at stock speeds).
I have run memtest for a couple of hours and have got no errors. The bios is the most current version and I have installed all updates and drivers. I plan on doing a longer memtest soon. I would appreciate any help on this issue as I am not sure what the problem could be.
