New Backup Server (PICS!)

So, our off-site backup server at work bit the dust and I was tasked with putting something together on the cheap.

I started with this:

It is an i5 2400 with 16gb of RAM. I am using a HighPoint RocketRAID 2720SGL for the controller. There is no RAID configuration, just single drives. I didn't figure I needed any kind of redundancy being that this is only for remote backups. All of this data is already in two other spots.
 
I wouldn't have used Greens.

OTher than that looks good :D

They work fine for this application. It's just weekly remote backups.

What software?

Server 2008r2.

That looks like one ghetto ass rigged CPU fan. I like it!

That is the OEM Dell heatsink.

Looks like one of the workstation PC used at my job. Interesting reuse there.

Like I said, this is on a tight budget. Broke ass public school system.
