PCPerspective has more Computex 2007 coverage posted today. This time around, the crew is showcasing all things ASUS. There are lots of new motherboards featured but the multitude of different heatpipe configurations and built on DDR3 (yes, built on memory) is what really stole the show. Go check it out.

But looking at new products like the Republic of Gamers Blitz motherboard based on the P35 chipset, the new DIY notebook solution and the Xonar sound card, it's hard to argue against Asus' track record in the world of PC components. Very nice line up off products coming out. Only wish the DIY laptop was smaller and cheaper in barebones form. $1500 can get a complete laptop.

Finally, asus provides. Very nice designs coming.

Yeah ,Asus is always trying to be the innovator, but I think they really should address some of their recent product issues; namely their Stinker, err, Striker Extreme mobo.

Holy crap @ the heatpipe designs on the new mobos. :D

/waits for thread asking "will this mobo work in an inverted ATX case?". rofl.

I wouldn't but another ASUS anything. Their product support is abysmal and their techs are not very knowledgeable. Very pretty heatpipes, however...
