New Aqua Xtreme Blocks

Seems like all they did was add more pins and give you the option of a delrin middle plate. I dont see much more than minimal gains from the changes, maybe 1 C unless they did some other things different as well.
 
I'm wondering if the turbulence/flow restriction is greater, produce more heat dump too? I have found nobody even mentioning these blocks on any forums anywhere yet.
