New 6950 having issues

I have never encountered a problem like this. My new 6950 will randomly shift the center of my screen.

In other words I will be playing a game and all of a sudden the screen output shifts so that the right half of my display is on the left and the left side of my display is on the right. I hope that makes sense.

Anyone familiar with this problem and if it is a sympton of the 6950 to 6970 flash? This is a reference card. I wanted to see if someone knew what it was before I flash back to 6950 and see if I still have the problem.

If it doesn't happen when on the stock bios, then you can chock it up to your card not being able to handle the flash speeds, or even have the shaders unlocked. I had an issue where my middle monitor would flicker and turn off on the 6970 bios and when I reverted back to stock it went away.

I've seen this too recently but it'll shift the top with the bottom on some of my screens once in a blue moon. I believe it could be the 11.5 driver but I'm not sure. It happens very rarely though.
