new 14.6 drivers

Official AMD download for the drivers will be up later today. I'd wait for the official links.

I installed them. My mantle swarm test only went up by 1 FPS. Havent tried Watch Dogs, waiting for a Eyefinity fix for it.
 
Don't like these drivers. 14.4 I could do 1000core/1500mem with +50 power limit and no additional voltage on the core through Afterburner. These same clocks result in instant black screen now with 14.6
