I am transferring from my Macbook to a PC over the network. I share a folder on the PC (Windows XP) and just transfer the files across by dragging and dropping through Finder. This has worked before, but this time, the files transfer, and are usable until the transfer is completed. When the transfer is completed, the files disappear completely and I cannot find them anywhere. There are about 15Gb worth of files being transferred and they are about 12MB each (camera RAW files).
Does anyone have an idea of what is going on and how to fix it?
