Network problems, please help

I just replaced my mobo and processor to an athlon 3200+ @ 400 fsb (no OC) and an asus a7n8x-x. now when i go and try to boot it doesnt boot, ive had this problem beofre i usually have to reintall windows, but this time instead of deleting the partition i hit anotehr options i think it was replace..sorry i forgot anyway, it boots and all my files are intact but for some reason i cannot connect online, i have a router setup. any ideas? i tried making a new connection and rebooting and restarting the modem and router but nothing.

Sounds like a NIC driver issue. If you replaced the MB you should do a format anyway - to help preven these types of problems.

go to Device manager. network adapters. goto properties. look at device status, updated drivers. or roll back, and reinstall. also check for any device conflicts. then after that ipconfig release renew, or a restart. and you should be good to go.
