Anyone had problems with the Netgear WG511 non-turbo PC card? I purchased it today, upgraded the drivers from 1.6 to 2.7 (via the instructions, ie. remove old drivers).
After doing that, if I tried opening up internet explorer, i would get the notorious BSOD regarding WG511ICB.sys....so its the drivers.
When I closed the Netgear utility advisor and let windows handle the wireless networking stuff, I haven't had any problems in a couple of hours. I am using WPA-TSIK (using linksys wireless router) and MAC address filtering.
Appreciate any help. BTW, google wasn't much help.
