The plug on the top is a normal one? HDD, CD-Rom, etc..right?

yeah, but all of them are the same
there is a small connector not shown in that picture just for the fan only connectors
 
I have it, all the plugs are modular, so you attach the cable with the molex or SATA connector/etc connector on the end.
