Ive got a semi-dilema, i can hit about 3.33 on my 2.6ghz p4, stable, much higher and it just wont boot 
thermal right is doing her ok, just doesnt like >3.4
So my memory on the other hand can hit ~225, which @ 5:4 would put me around 3.6 which would rock but not boot so @ 1:1 i can run @ ~2900 but i have to loosen the timings like a paris hooker.
So what can i do to test the 2, so i can figure out if 1:1 is better @ slower clock or 5:4 at tighter timing. I was going to use CS:S video tester but thats kinda not so CPU->mem->cpu intensive
