Need Temp Help

Ok finished my CPU water loop.
Temperatures are at 50-55C which seems a little high. PD @ 2.66 Stock

I am using Asetek Antarctic block, and a Asetek 12v pump. Theres nothing else attached, its a straight loop from pump to block to radiator.

I am using a Hardware Labs 360 GTX, (the really big fat one) x6 fans, Scythes, 90 cfm

Only things of interest I noticed, is there seems to be a little bit of air bubbles inside, and they don't move. I was worried maybe it was flow or something. Also water isn't touching the top of the antarctica block, because of gravity theres a little space thats empty.
 
That seems to be to high to me. can you put the stock heatsink on it easily and see what the temps are with it or do you know what the temps were before?

When you say water is not touching the top of the block do you mean that the case is standing and part of the block has no water in it That is not good if thats the case.

I know nothing about the block or pump you are using but the rad is more than enough to cool that cpu.

Is this the pump you are reffering to? If so it states this...

It should be pushing water enough to fill the block completely, I guess there is maybe a kink or a blockage of some type. Maybe the pump is bad, anyone else have any ideads?
 
Rock your case around and see if you can get the bubbles out... not good to have them in your loop.
