Hi,

I will be purchasing this board sometime next week:

I chose the mini-itx form factor as it will be serving as a HTPC / torrent box.

As I've not been following AMD tech closely. I would like to know:

What is a good low powered CPU that will allow me to play HD content @1080.

Will the Aopen S150 chassis be able to take this motherboard or will the heatsink get in the way.

Just looking at the title of the Radeon HD 3200, I would say that it should decode it's own content. I'd say stick with a X2 3800, if that. Also, what's the price on that board? Looks pretty neat.

Also, regarding the heatsink, I would say grab a 45 nm and you should be able to get a smaller heatsink if need be. But I think it'll just fit - with a little room for airflow

You're saying that it should fit with the X2 3800 stock heatsink? I'm not going to overclock so I should be fine with just the stock.
 
I would e-mail them just to be sure, but from looking at it, it looks like it's made to accommodate it.
 
You could always side mount the fan on the cpu cooler or find a smaller, higher cfm fan to take up less space.
