I've got a 4770K sitting here I would like to use in a build. I've got pretty much all the components I need except for the motherboard. I've also got a very aged 2500K setup Im pretty much ready to sell/part out.

My question is:

should I sell the processor along with the older 2500k system and save up for a 6700K build or should I just build up my 4770k since I pretty much have everything but the motherboard?

Also if I should stay with the 4770K are there any specific motherboards I should searching for? I've been eyeing a MSI Mpower board and a Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2 via our for sale/trade forum.
