Need smart UPS for two servers

I have two file/application servers in my house, now on a "dumb" UPS. I want to place them both on a UPS capable of signalling them to shut down after X minutes off power. One machine runs Windows Server 2012 R2, the other runs Linux.

I only need about 10 minutes of uptime, which would get me past 99+% of the power outages where I am, so it won't have to be a large UPS at all. What is important is that there some means of signalling to more than one computer.

Any reasonably priced units that come to mind?
 
How much power does each box use? kind of very important there.
Also: this is more of a question for the "Power Supplies" forum.

Either way, look at something compatible with apcupsd or Network UPS Tools. Apcupsd has windows versions and NUT has a windows client (the server would have to be on the linux box in that case)

I believe a wide range of Cyberpower ones are compatible with NUT and apcupsd is obviously APC only.
 
Thanks. APCUPSD looks like it will do exactly what I was looking for. The UPS is connected via serial or USB cable to one server, which then communicates with other servers over the network. Just need to make sure that the network also remains up on battery power during an outage.
