Need small touchscreen 7"-10"

Like the title says I am looking for a small touchscreen to use on my server. This would be the only monitor attached to the system. I'd prefer to have it connect via VGA or DVI but USB is fine as well.

I saw a few MIMO screens on Amazon but most are using them as secondary screens not as the main display. Again I'll be using this as a server screen so I'll check it once a week or so max so viewing angle, refresh rate, color production, light bleed, etc don't matter.

Those MIMO screens are pretty awesome. I have a home server, and just RDP into it from my gaming rig, and that suits me just fine. Of course, I do love "Tech Bling" and as many monitors as I can afford. A few months ago I searched for an alternative, but everything I could find was over $300, mostly because they were POS monitors (Point of Sale.) For what the MIMO's are, I think they are really the best alternative to using RDP.

Not to thread-jack, but I've been looking for the same as well.

Those MIMO ones seem fishy (USB-only powered and connected), and they're way over-priced for just a screen you look at once a week.
