Need reliable app...

I need an app to read CPU and Memory settings, like CPU-Z. If you look at my sig you will see what system I'm running... CPU-Z will not work on this setup. It hard locks the PC and then I have to reset. Crystal CPUID does not seem to be reading the core clock corectly, nor does it show memory information. I also have PC Wizard 2006, but I'm not sure it the memory clock and timings are being read correctly.

Any suggestions?

Nevermind... just got a newer version of CPU-Z that does work.
