Currently use a Thermaltake TMG IA1 CPU Cooler with FX 4100 OCed to 4.5GHz. VERY quiet at idle (fan actually stops turning - PWM controlled 120mm) but at full throttle temp hits 52C and the fan is loud.

What would be a good choice for a very quiet air cooler and how does it compare to a water cooler choice (Corsair H70, Antec 920, etc) ?

been reading reviews for the Noctua NH-D14 but the price puts it in the Corsair H70 / Antec 920 zone

i'm looking for the quietest option without going to a full blown water system. What to do ?

I use a corsair a70 with 2 120mm. I have my 2600k at 4.8ghz and my temps barley hit
50c while playing games and the fans are decently quiet i can hear my video card fans over the 2 x120mm fans that come on my heatsink.
Zalamn cnps 9900 is also quiet and a good cooler.
For the all in one water cooling system any or the hydro series would work but i would wait on getting one there stuff all over the place about a bad batch of them out.
