my friend's is putting out 12.42 volts on the 12 volt rail, and he's not going to want an expensive one, so he needs one to power:
GIGABYTE GA-M55SLI-S4
Socket AM2 athlon 3800+
1 gig corsair xms2 ddr2-800
one evga nvidia 7900 gt ko superclocked
a 160 gig hd
4-5 fans
one dvd drive


it'd be nice to keep it under 50 bucks, but i'll make him buy something if it's especially good for it's price.
