Looking for a decent office computer for around $400. Don't need any peripherals. Will not be used for gaming at all.
However, we will be doing some web design work, using Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.
Would be grateful for any assistance. There are actually quite a few desktops around in this price range, but I want to ensure that I buy one that will handle the web design programs.
