Need New System - Rec's Please

Ok... time to build a new system.. Ive got a jones going on..

the ol maingear 680i/q6700/HDD/250gts is on its last legs....besides..need to build my own...maingear was great..but silly for me to buy pre built...I always built my own..just did the boutique on a lark..

seems like 2600k is the processor, and the HD100 water cooling the ticket?

which board, case, ram, and best 120+ sized SSD
