Need internal card reader

Guys,
building my new PC, Intel I5 and Asrock Extreme 4. I want to get internal card reader (3.5" or 5"). Prefer to have a device with good reading speed to quick transfer of pics (raw and large jpegs) into computer. CF and SD a must, microSD is big plus. I read some opinions on newegg, all of readers look so, so.
Does it make a difference USB 2.0 or 3.0 in reading speed?
What would you advise. Prefer not to pay big buck without good reason.
Any thoughts/advises?
