I am currently running a P4 2.4 Northwood. I am running on 1gb of Corsair XMS but it only runs @ 333mhz low latency ram. I want to upgrade my set up to the following:

- P4 3.2 (640)

- MSI 865PE Neo3-F

- Corsair XMS 3200CP

I was wondering if the upgrade will be worth it. I only play the following games: WoW, HL2, and several WWII FPS games. I know an X2 would be better but I also do photoshop elements and pinnacle. From what I hear HT works well with those apps.

I can get all for $400 shipped. Any suggestions or comments welome. TIA!
