Need help with video card

ok I need a video card for my girlfriends PC. the only game she plays is WoW and im looking for a cheap card that can run WoW at max. i need to stay within bestbuy cards because she has a gift card. the power supply in her PC is onlya dynex 400 watt.

she easily wants to stay under 100
 
im sure she doesnt need a 4850 to run wow at max and her power supply wouldnt run the card.
 
shes running the same pc as me dual core 4550, 3gb ram and a 4watt dynex PS. im looking for a budget video card for her pc that will run WoW at max and maybe some other games. maybe at least left for dead. does not need to play crysis at all
 
The best you're going to get at Best buy for that price is the Ati 4650. It's not going to run wow or most other games at max but it will run.

whats a dual core 4550?
 
well we have changed are minds about bestbuy. looking for anything that will run on a 400 watt power supply for under 100 bucks.
 
also about the 4650 i got the xfx 4650 and i can run WoW with everything at max and im still pulling off insane fps.
 
What resolution is her monitor?

there are much cheaper ones too. MSI would be a better choice. that 400watt requirement is for poor power supplies like yours that are really only equivalent to a 300 watt at best. not picking on your power supply but just stating the facts. anyway you should be just fine because your cpu and rest of your system is low power.
