Abit KT7A-Raid Mainboard
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz Sound Card
Gainward Nvidia GeForce3 Video Card
256 meg SD-Ram (PC-133)
Western Digitial 100 Gig Hardrive
Black Antec Tower Case.

Things I want to with my system:

I am a Gamer
I Muti-task with my system

Right now I believe that I will do find with upgrading my CPU , RAM , and MAINBOARD. I want to get an AMD DDR Setup. Everything else can wait for later on down the road. I have been researching online and I see a lot of hardware but I am confused on which to buy. I am trying to spend no more than $400.00 (It would be great if under $300.00).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
