This chick I work with called and said she changed their refresh rate to 100Hz on a low end system, and now they cant see anything when they boot. I thought there was key that you can hold during boot to default it back to 60Hz. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I have actually had this happen so i know what you are talking about i had to borrow another monitor at work that would display a high refresh rate and that fixed it as far as the keyboard key i think there might be one but i can't think of it and google has turned up nothing that i can find

Heh, and who hasn't doe that? The easy way out is to boot to "safe" mode. That auto defaults to the lowest setting..lets you reset things back to normal.

Luck
