Need Help with overclocking

I have an Abit NF7-S rev. 2.0 mobo with an amd xp 3000+. I also have 1 gig (2x512mb) of pc3200 ddr400 geil ultra memory running dual channel. I want to overclock the whole system to get better performance out of the cpu as well as the memory. I need some help as what I can set the external clock at (default at 166) and multiplier at ( 13) to get my processor to go faster and also increase the FSB to make my memory faster than 400 mhz. I know how to change all of these numbers, but I have no clue as to what to set the cpu voltage and memory voltages at once i overclock the cpu and memory. Do i have to overclock cpu and memory to get better performace or can i just overclock cpu alone by just changing multiplier and cpu voltage to get somewhat of a performace increase? I need some help when it comes to overclocking :confused:
