Need help with overclocking quick question.

Im about to overclock and my cpu is Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6600 CPU @ 2.4GHz 1066FSB 2x2MB L2 Cache EM64T and i have a 680i motherboard and good cooling system but i have a 500watt Powersuply is that good enough??

And is the Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6420 CPU also overclockable very easily.
