Need help with initial setup of loop

I have everything setup, jumped power supply with only the pump connected. Pump is installed top of case; However water from the reservoir is not making it to the pump. I bumped the pump like 5 times and the weater is just not being pulled in from the reservoir. Pic of the setup below. Any help would be appreciated

The pump needs to be gravity feed. So tilt your case so that the water is going directly into the inlet of the pump. After you have primed it and the loop is running smoothly, you will be okay.
 
Thanks man, that did it. There are some gotchas a beginner is not told with doing a water cooling loop. I learnt alot from this setup. Like not all radiators come in the same thickness. Man was I surprised when I tried to top mount my XSPC radiator just to find out it's too thick to mount on top the CM 690 II advance. Then it's a PITA to place 1/2 ID tubing on plastic connectors on pump.
 
Yea - I often recommend Swiftech radiators for that reason: they FIT.

I think you're having some trouble simply due to a lack of space and routing options. That case isn't small, but the build already looks cramped from that pic. It's really an air-cooling case, but you made it work.

If you were willing to do some extensive cutting and mount the radiator on top of the case, then I think you could mount the pump at the bottom. In fact, even with a top-mounted radiator, you could probably raise the case 2 inches, mount an additional radiator at the bottom as-is, but with the fans beneath the radiator, under the case. The pump could then be placed above the radiator on a bracket of some sort, but it'd be tight in there. That'd warrant some wire-routing holes as found in some of the newer cases (think Corsair 700/800D motherboard grommets) to clear some room (and hopefully get rid of those PATA cables!). At that point, however, it's probably time to consider a bigger case.
