Well, with the case i just recently purchased (a coolermaster ATC-110) it doesnt look like im going to be able to fit a normal fan controller in there. Does anyone know of somthing that I would be able to control my fans with that doesnt stick out at all? Thanks in advance for any help.

there are fan controllers that fit in 3.5" bay
or you could make your own
or you could mod an existing one so that it does fit.

how much room is there?

There is a door..that covers all of the bay. And there is pretty much no room. I may end up modding a fan controller i have

I had that problem once. You could set it back further in the bay, perhaps far enough so that you cover it with an original bezel and only pull the bezel off if you need to tweak. I actually modded mine into the lower right side face of the bezel in a vertical arrangement though. I saw a cool mod posted on here last year where a guy used some pianno hinges and a sliding arrangement he fabricated... it used the original bezel pice, but when you pushed it in it then dropped down on the hinges into a open position and the rheobus then cammed forward into position. Lifting the bezel door back up and closing it cammed it back... used a cheap CD storage unit for the parts, cost about 20 bucks total and looked awesome.
