need help picking cards for crossfire

ok so here's my question, I've got a mini P180, max card length without removing hdd cage is 9"

I'm trying to find out what cards i should be looking for in the FS forums that will fit the case.
now if the gpu's pcb isn't super tall and the cooler doesnt exceed the height or width of the card i can fit a longer card in, it will just have to be sitting somewhat inside the hdd cage lol.

i'm not looking to go all out on the cards i just want something entry/mid-range level for crossfire.

usage, video editing, medium gaming

Also if new gpu's are releasing soon should i wait it out until the prices start dropping again?
