need help picking a 5800 card

So i am trying to decide in getting 1 5870 or 2 5850s, i am running 3 monitors a 24,22,22. The 24 is 1920x1200 and the 22s are 1650x1080, i want to run them in eye infinidy and was wondering if i could even do that with the monitors being different resolutions and also if the best thing to do is go for the crossfire set up or just one 5870

You will have to run the whole eyefinity group at 1650x1080. Don't forget you will need an active DP adapter for it to work correctly. It really depends on how much you want to spend or how high you have to have performance. My 5870 is working fine for me at the moment, how many PCI-E slots do you have?

need an active display port adapter if you don't have a monitor with display port

I would get two 5850s considering most can easily be ocd to almost 5870 levels of performance.
