NEED HELP, New computer problem

So I built a computer for my grandfather, it's like the 10th I've built so I know what I'm doing, im pretty savy to it. However, everything is hooked up and I turn it on, the fans light up for only a sec, it's just a burst of light and on-ness for 1 second, then it doesn't turn on. Here are all of the parts involved, I'm sure of compatibility and wondering what might be the problem. Much thanks in advance.

That part list is a jarbled mess, can you clarify what each part is?

Unplug the power. Then crack the case and disconnect anything unnecessary. Only leave the RAM and cpu connected. Only have the ATX and CPU power connections plugged in. Press the power button to flush out any power "locked" inside the system. Plug the power cable back in and power it on, see if you get a POST or any type of error beeps or codes.
