Hey ok I have a question I'm running p4 2.8 @ 3.2ghz, and under stress or load I'm getting 52 degrees celsius, having a back fan, cpu fan, and this other internal fan...I'm wondering is that too high or not? and also when I oced it to 3.4 the temp was at 56-57 degrees celsius...is that little bit too high? if that is...does anyone have any idea how to cool dat down to say around 50 degrees celsius? I currently have only 2 more available fan slots in the front of my case and I dun want water cooling too expansive :X

What kind of CPU cooling are you using? Stock? Aftermarket?

If you wanna get those temps down, you might want to get a better HSF.

I'm not sure what kind...lol...it just came with the CPU package...stock?
and also...I'm not sure should I install the intake fans or not...I heard some ppl saying it creates better air flow, and some ppl saying it even increases the temp

Yeah, stock cooling means the HSF that comes with the CPU. Temps in the 50s aren't really that bad, but if you want better, here's some suggestions:

- Top of the line heatsink: Thermalright SP-94. Pair this with a fan that can push 30 CFM or more and you have some nice cooling.

- Zalman CNPS-7000 AlCu - a nice Aluminum and copper heatsink that has a 92 mm fan.

- use silver thermal paste, like arctic silver

Thanks Man, how much do they cost?

and also I have a ventec Stealth 80mm fan, is that good?

Umm, the thermalright sp-94 costs about $45 for the HS itself, and it's motherboard mounted instead of socket mounted.

The zalman Cnps blah blah AlCu is $36.

Arctic silver costs maybe $4 a tube.
