NEED HELP: FP241W vs. 2707???

I'm debating betweeen these two monitors. Price is not an issue, i'm looking for the best size/quality balance! Which one would you suggest? I mainly play CS:S, watch movies, and browse the web. I currently own a BenQ FP937.

Get the new Dell 27" LCD, it's on ebay from a power seller, 3 year warranty with free shipping, for $1,070 dollars Buy It Now. New and Sealed.

I am thinking of buying two of these myself. Reviews are very very good for this monitor and with the 3 year warranty ... you are covered very well.

May I ask how you can get the warrenty to work?
I mean everytime I call/chat Dell for exchange of products, they require my order number and account information. Don't they require you to transfer the warrenty from the originally seller? :confused:
 
Ummm .... I am sure you can get any information you will need for the warranty from the seller?
 
I ended up buying mine directly from Dell.
I just hate to get my warrenty denied by any chance on a product that cost over $1000.
 
I got a response from the power seller, he takes care of everything on his end as part of the purchase in regards to the warranty. He promised me there would be absolutely no issues in getting warranty work done to any products he sold. $350 ~ $400 additional dollars is a lot of money to not ask this question yourself.
 
Now for $1000 I may buy one of these 2707's...for $1400, not a chance in hell.

I would rather get it direct from Dell though...even if its a powerseller I still get antsy about using Ebay.
