Need help flashing bios Help please

well i got a virus and i cleaned it out but ther virus did some permenant damge by attacking the flash bios or something so i need to reflash my bios my friend said to get the remaining problems out of my system. The virus replaces random data in my hardrives and keeps trying to duplicate but i got that part out. But the otehr part attacks teh bios which i cant seem to get out even when i reinstall windows after i put in asus cd and try to upload the drivers on the restart teh windows bar keeps going accross and keeps restarting and the only way i can go in is using safe mode.

So is there any way yall could tell me how to flash the bios on a asus p4p800 deluxe mother board? kinda need it so i can save like 100 bucks if i went to a tech.
