Need help finding itx mb

I have a amd phenom II x4 965 just sitting around and I saw a case I've always wanted come up for sale. I need a AM3 socket itx mb that has the best hs available. I boinc so although the Gpu will be the hottest I want the mb to stay cool under constant full load. Any help would be appreciated!
 
Well I mainly was trying to find a ITX mb for the case Ive wanted forever, bitfenix prodigy. If ITX isnt the option Ill probably look at micro next for a server but I already have a matx APU built.
 
The ITX and mATX versions of the Prodigy have the exact same external dimensions, right?
