Need help finding a case

I am in need of some recommendations for a case for an upcoming build. I have narrowed it down to 2 different cases, but am not sure which one. It is between a Silverstone Raven RV02-E and a Corsair 650D (possibly an 800d, but thats alot of cash).

Here is the rest of my build.

Mobo: EVGA P67 FTW (if they ever come out)
Chip: i7-2600k
Ram: 8gb Corsair Vengeance
PSU: Corsair AX 1200
GPU: Either a EVGA GTX580 3gb or a Powercolor HD6970
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60

I have 4 HDDs that I am transfering into from an old case 3 10krpm raptors and a 300gb bulk drive.

I am concerned about air cooling the corsair cases, but also concerned about the h60 going into the Raven. I have never watercooled before, and am a bit nervous about starting that.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
 
You're build is similiar to mine and I just posted a similiar thread the other day (undecided on case for sli sb build) The two cases you are mentioning (the rv02-e nad the 650d) are the two it came down to for me... I'm currently leaning towards the raven. I have 4 hdds right now (4 1tb western digitals) but I'm thinking of throwing a ssd as well. with the 650d that many drives would block out some of the air flow to the videocard(s) imo. My rig is 580 sli so to me that poses a problem.

other one's to check might be the nzxt phatom... i'm running an antec 902 on my c2d system and right now my gtx 470 is running at 39c gpu, and 34c pcb. cable management isn't the best in the 902 but it keeps the gpu cool
 
My biggest concern with the RV02-E is with both the H60 cooler and that the mobo that I want is technically EATX, but the case can take a 12x11 board and the EVGA is a bit smaller than that. I really dont want to spend the extra on the 800d, so it is really between the 650 and the raven. I really like the 650 but cooling I have heard that air cooling isnt the greatest.
 
I think as far as cooling is concerned, you'd be fine with either one. The RV02-E does have better cooling performance, but I think the 650D looks much better, so that would be my choice. However, it's really down to your own personal preference.

There are plenty of spots for the H60 to go in a raven. You can put it in the top exhaust spot (most popular option) or on top of the bottom AP181 fans via the 180mm > 120mm rad bracket. There's really nothing to worry about with the self contained units like the H60 too.

I have a H60 in my FT02 at the top, you don't want to interrupt the flow of air from bottom to top, when mounting the H60 at the bottom of the case. Plus with three 6970s you're going to need excellent cooling.
Also, I'm installing a Maximus IV Extreme next week, which is 12" x 10.6".

Buy the RV02-E or FT02 if you can add a little more cash.
