Hi, I need help cutting perspex, but I also need to know if this would even work....
My Lian Liv-1000 with dual leadtek ultras gets very hot around the graphics cards, as there are few fans up there.
If I put a 120mm fan blowing air in from the outside of the case over the graphics cards, would that improve temps?
Also what tools would I use, and exactly how would I cut it...
It is 1/16th" I think....
I was thinking perhaps get one of those drills with a massive circular attachment on it, cut a big circle in the side of the glass, and then attach the fan from behind....
Or should I file out the hole so that it becomes square.ánd then have the fan exactly in the centre...
Also, would removing those palstic leadtek shrouds help in the cooling if a fan was being blown over them?
I want this to look good, but also to better cool the gfx cards, which are at 90C at load.....
thanks
f
