Need help creating advanced context menu command in Windows 7 (x64) for ForcebindIP.

I have 2 wireless adapters and I use one for different programs but getting tired of opening up CMD and manually entering in the programs I like to use.

Found this page to make an Registry entree but can get it to work.
http://superuser.com/questions/4424...dvanced-context-menu-command-in-windows-7-x64

I replaced his GUID with mine, created a ForceBindIP-ShellExt.reg file, it says it added it to the Registry when clicked on but I still can't see the it in the menu.
I'm also unable to find it in the Registry either.

My version v.
REGEDIT

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\ForceBindIP]
@="Run through wireless network"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\ForceBindIP\command]
@="C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ForceBindIP {Blah blah blah, my GUID here} \"%l\""

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I made the .reg file on the Desktop.
Is there a limit to how many content entrees I can have?

Change "REGEDIT" to "Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00".

Seems like it should work either way but when I tried it. It wouldn't get added to the registry unless I changed it.
