Need help Choosing MoBo

Hello all,
Working on building a decent set up. So far these are the plans:

-COOLER MASTER HAF 922
-Intel Core i7-930
-Kingston HyperX T1 Series 6GB (3 x 2GB)
-Radeon HD 5870 (x2) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150490
-COOLER MASTER Silent Pro 1000W
-WD VelociRaptor 600GB 10000 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s (x2) RAID 0
-
Been going back and forth way too much trying to pick the right MoBo.
Must have/capable of:
-Decent CPU OCing
-USB 3
-SATA 3
-x16 on at least two slots. Would be nice to have 3 as to able to space them out.
- Full/Real utilization of SATA3

The GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R LGA looks good but I actually want to utilize SATA 3 though.

UD5 seems like a good choice. read something about there being 2 revisions but I'm not able to differentiate. Any issues with this MoBo?


Anything else out there?
What are my choices?
What would be my best choice?

I was going to say Asus Extreme 3, but it won't fit your case. In case you do go with the UD5, it's available over at Ewiz for 244.99 + FS, AR and coupon (Class15).
