Need Backup Software Recommendations

I'm looking for some backup software to use with an old TRAVAN drive. Something less than the cost of BackupExec or ARCServ. It just needs to back up some flat files, no databases, exchange servers or NDS or active directory stuff. Just basic functionality that runs a backup job on a nightly basis on a shared folder and you can restore individual files from the tape as necessary.

Any suggestions for something that is cost effective and dies the job would be appreciated.
The target PC for this is running Windows2000Adv Server.
 
Just go to "Start" "Programs" "Accessories" "System Tools" in there you will find "Backup"
