Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3500630AS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive - OEM x 5 (RAID 6)

areca ARC-1231ML-2G PCI Express SATA II Controller Card - Retail

MASSCOOL SYTRIN Kuformula SHF1 Ultra HDD Cooler – BK - Retail

Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 120mm SSO CPU Cooler - Retail

SILVERSTONE TJ07-BW Black Aluminum ATX Full Tower Computer Case - Retail

Rexus NMB-MAT (Panaflo) 120mm Case Fan - Retail x 4

Rexus NMB-MAT (Panaflo) 92mm Case Fan - Retail x2

Would the case and new fans be adequate cooling for the parts above.

That case has very good HDD cooling so nothing to worry about their cooling...
But main chamber could use additional intake, two of those cards will produce 150W of heat just for sitting there and their coolers aren't fully exhausting.
