Hey i am looking to get my first set of speakers for my laptop (Gateway m460 about 2 years old). I'm thinking of starting off with a set of 2.1 speakers but im stuck between getting Altec Lansing VS4221 or Logitech Z-4. I am looking for speakers that do not have strong bass because i live in an apartment building and dont want to piss off my neighbors. I basically need a decent set of speakers for music and the occasional CS. I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with either of these speaker sets or if someone thinks that there may be better speakers out there for my uses. I am willing to spend up to $125. Also i am thinking of getting this sound card for my laptop, is it worth buying? Any help you guys throw at me is greatly appreciated.
