Hi all,

Just built a SG01 rig with a Tagan 520W EasyCon PSU (due to the Enermax Liberty being out of stock).

It all went smoothly, and the Tagan seemed to be a very nice piece of hardware. However, I came to realize that it's a fair bit deeper than your usual PSU, and there's very very little room between the back of the DVD writer and the PSU.

Since I was going to get a new DVD writer anyway... I'm wondering if there's any out there which are particularly less deep than usual... ?

And has anyone else come across this problem using a Tagan Easycon PSU in a SG01? Any advice?

The lite-on I have would work perfectly in a SFF. Model LH-20A1H, fast, a bit loud, but over all its a great drive.

I would go for the Lite-on SATA drive. It's on newegg, I have one and it's shorter than normal.
