Need a little help Please

I got a few Questions about my water cooling setup. This is the pc I want to cool.

P4 3.2 with hyper
Asus P4C800-E Deluxe
1 Gig PC 3200 Corsair XMS matched mem pair 2-3-3-6 T1
ATI 9800 Pro and a ATI 9200 Yes 2 cards

What I got so

Black Ice XtremeII Radiator
Eheim 1250
and single 5/25 bay res

Put rad, pump, res and a second PSU in second case do to not enough room in main case for it all. I got a 12v lead to second case to turn PSU and pump on.
Ok now that that is over to the questions.

I like to water cool CPU, GPU and NB.
I like the DD TDX or the DD RBX. Witch is better.
I like the RBX. If I got with the RBX it has 2 outs so can I run one to vidio card the other to the NB then Y them back together or Y them back together befor Vidio card and NB?

You can doo both. Though if You go from CPU block into a GPU and NB block and then in Y then it's posible that one of those routes makes more resistance (+ maybe longer tubing) and then most of a water goes thru one of them. Then one with lower waterflow might gett hot. Still I doo not belive that there is so much difference between water speeds between DD GPU and NB atleast not so much that it can casue problems.
If You have everything in serial connection then there is just one water speed.

The TDX and RBX are extremely close in performance. I would base my decision on whether or not the dual outlets of the RBX can be of some help to you in terms of routing for other blocks.
