Need a good podcast organizer/player?

I'm looking for a good podcast player/organizer.

A lot of the free players I have tried do a HORRIBLE job with the organizing and if I stop a podcast and close down the software I have to start that podcast up all over again. HUGE pita.

I used to use the Zune software which was amazing for my needs but I don't think it will work with Win 8.1 being the software is so old.
 
So you're looking for something on Windows?

Not sure about desktop solutions. I use PocketCasts for Android and it works really well.
