My friend is lookin for a 17 inch lcd, he wants it to be 400$ or less

his main issue is he wants a good viewing angle...

any recommendations?
 
NEC 1765, I have one, it's great. Come to think of it, I dont' think I've actually found a bad viewing angle for it yet.
 
samsung's have great viewing angle.

i'm assuming thats US dollars, i think u can get a 173s.
