I am looking to go to watercooling on my gaming rig and dont have the time to mess with a "real" watercooling setup. A coworker of mine has a Reserator (1st gen) that he doesn't have room for in his new house and is wanting to sell for ~$150ish. But I am also looking, and have been for some time, at the Corsair rig. I am currently running an Thermalright Si-120 on an AMD 4200+ X2(stock speed) and idling around 38-39 loading @ 42ish. Which one would I get the best results on my 4200+ X2 housed in a P180. Being able to dump a few fans and turn the remaining few to "slow" would be grand. Also some overhead for overclock would be great, this thing is stable to 2.7 - 2.8...with the windows open in january.
getting 2.6 at a reasonable temp is what I am shooting for. Any input or advice is welcome. (yes I know a "real" watercooling set would be better
but I like the idea of a self contained rig.
